Lors de son intervention en direct hier (le 14 octobre), le chef de l’état a annoncé un couvre feu à partir du samedi 17 octobre dans les métropoles en alerte maximale : la métropole de Montpellier mais aussi Toulouse en ce qui concerne notre région, pour le reste on retrouve Paris, Lille, Lyon, Saint-Etienne, Grenoble, Aix ou encore Marseille.

Concrètement : il s’agit d’un couvre feu entre 21h et 6h du matin, pour une durée de minimum 4 semaines et ainsi tenter de contrer la hausse des contaminations à la COVID-19. Pourtant la durée n’est pas encore fixe, si elle est annoncée pour 1 mois, le président a déclaré que son souhait était de maintenir cette mesure jusqu’au 1er décembre, cette prolongation ne peut pas être prise par le gouvernement seul mais doit être votée par le parlement. Ce sont donc 20 millions de Français concernés, soumis à cette nouvelle mesure.

Un couvre-feu, en quoi ça consiste ?

• Les déplacements de loisir ou privés sont interdits pour tous entre 21h et 6h
• Des rassemblements privés comme publics limités à 6 personnes
• La fermeture des restaurants à 21h
• Le retour des attestations de déplacement pour justifier du caractère nécessaire en cas de sortie sur ces heures, mis en place à partir du samedi 17 octobre
• Des contrôles de ces attestations par les forces de l’ordre et des amendes de 135 euros en cas de sortie injustifiée et 1500 euros en cas de récidive
• Pas de restriction des transports en commun montpellierains pour permettre aux travailleurs de rentrer chez eux
• Les déplacements entre les régions ne sont pas non plus restreints
• Encourager le télétravail lorsqu’il est possible
• Chômage partiel pris en charge par l’état à 100% pour les différents secteurs suivants : hôtellerie, cafés, restaurants, tourisme, événementiel, culture, sport.
